CANCELLATION / REFUND Policy:

   We have made every effort to create an adventurous journey for you. We have been doing this for years and work hard to put these amazing experiences together for you.  Once a training program is full, other participants are either placed on a waiting list, or directed to another class. When you book with us, you are holding a slot in a limited class. Therefore;

    Cancellations with more than 30 days prior to the training program will be refunded 100% - minus credit card handling fees. 

    Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the course will be nonrefundable. Credit for a future class may be given on a case-by-case basis. This decision is based on many factors, including whether the class is full or not at the time of cancellation. 

- No shows will NOT be given credit. 

    If for any reason WE cancel a class or trip, the client has a choice to be refunded 100% or given credit for future date. 

    These policies reflect the fact that we do not overbook, cancelled spaces are very difficult to fill at the last minute, and that the vast majority of costs are incurred in preparing for a course or long weekend in the woods and waters.
